Small gifts. Outsized groceries.
We grow much of our food ourselves and rescue good food that would otherwise go to waste, so your dollars multiply: every $5 becomes about $200 worth of food on a neighbor's table. Common Ground Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — every gift is tax-deductible.
Provides about $200 worth of groceries for one family.
Helps fuel a grocery delivery to a senior who can’t get to us.
Feeds ten families and fuels a food-recovery pickup run.
Sponsors a free community dinner night at Nick’s Café.

Help put Nick’s Café on wheels
Nick’s Café cooks the free meals at our community events. We have a van we want to turn into a food truck, so hot meals can go wherever they are needed, including emergency sites. If you or your business can help fund or outfit it, get in touch.
Where your money goes
Food first. Our entire annual operation — feeding 1,600+ people, running delivery routes across three counties, keeping 15 freezers and refrigerators cold, rescuing 100,000+ pounds of food from waste, hosting free monthly events — runs on roughly what many organizations spend on overhead alone. For most of our two decades, our founders served without taking a salary. We publish our supporters and grant awards openly on our About page.
